Take your yoga practice outside this summer with Annie Chapman, E-RYT® 500, YACEP® for hour long Slow Flow classes on the museum’s waterfront patio. Connect asana with breath and find your zen with expansive views of the Mystic River. This class is open to students of all levels. Bring your own yoga mat or rent it from the teacher for $2.
