Join Executive Director Susan Fisher on a Tuesday evening for the second of three planned sessions of Looking at Art focused on MMoA’s exhibition From Crisis to Color: Derriere le Miroir (Behind the Mirror)

In this session, we’ll follow the stories of the master artists who implemented the audacious plan of Parisian gallerist Aimé Maeght for regenerating the life of art and culture after the Second World War. Henri Matisse, Alberto Giacometti, André Derain, Georges Braque, Marc Chagall, Alexander Calder, Joan Miró and others succeeded beyond all expectations.

Looking at Art is generously sponsored by MMoA elected artist member and benefactor Cathy Weiss.
