Working from quick studies and longer poses, students will systematically learn the “landscape” of the human face. Explore techniques for capturing accurate anatomical features, proportions, and likenesses, to develop realistic and expressive portraits. Demonstrations and individualized exercises will be offered each week. The class does not require any prior experience and is designed to cater to all levels.
