Julia Peterson

Learn the art of papier maché and create sculptures of animals, realistic or fantastical. After brainstorming and taking inspiration from photographs and 3D models, students will learn to create an armature, prepare the sculpting medium, build form and layers, and finally decorate with paint and other materials adding texture and color to bring their creatures to life.
