Can artistic vision based in three dimensions be expressed in two? How can the opportunity to work with a master printmaker enhance the creative expression of a sculptor?

You are invited to join Susan Fisher, Executive Director and Chief Curator of Mystic Museum of Art (MMoA) to explore the art of the renowned abstract sculptor, Mel Edwards (b. 1937). Edwards’ distinguished career includes exhibitions at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and the Venice Biennale. Join us for a discussion of his art and innovations.
