The Mystic Museum of Art is fortunate to have significant holdings in its permanent collection, from artwork by the institution’s founding members to pieces created by contemporary local artists.
In the last year, the Museum was honored to receive beautiful gifts of art expanding its collection of historic local artists, including works by Y.E. Soderberg and MMoA’s founder Charles H. Davis, and diversifying its holdings of Pop Art and Abstract Expressionism, including works by Todd Norsten and Manolo Valdes, thanks to the generosity of community members James Quinn and Chris Zhang, Christopher Bates, Bertrand (Tim) Bell, Virginia Wydler, and Bonnie Wright.
An exhibition celebrating these gifts of art will be featured in MMoA’s Liebig Gallery from the evening of January 30 – April 18, 2020.

Gifts to the Museum will be on view from January 30 – April 18, 2020; with the exception of March 1-11 when the MMoA galleries will be closed for the installation of Photo Show 42.
